CSV File of each Fulfilment to Warehouse

We have a requirement to send a csv file of each fulfilment to an outsourced warehouse for import into their system.

I have created a Custom Search with the relevant fields but I have 2 issues which I am hoping some-one has resolved and can end my frustration.

1. Although I have set up a specific email address on "Specific Recipients" - I have used my email address, it only sends me an email when I am the person fulfilling. I want it to send everyone to this email address.

2. I cannot seem to get an attachment, only the results in the body of the email. Is this a restriction of NetSuite that for "Single Record Results" is will not allow an attachment?
