Fedex integration on a return authorization
Has anybody done this?
The use case I am investigating is:
"customer wants to return an item -- it would be nice if on the return authorization page our reps could click a button to create a shipping label we could email to the customer -- instead of filling out a form on the fedex website"
Any tips, pointers to documentation I've missed, et al, would be most appreciated!
