I am trying to ship with endicia in real time and I kept getting an error. "The Certified Intermediary’s pass phrase is incorrect." After 5 attempts the account was suspended. I got on the phone with Endicia and had it reset. I'm trying to reset it in Netuite but now I keep getting...
