Print sales order page - how is it generating the list?

I'm on the print sales orders page:
Transactions -> Management -> Print Checks & Forms -> Sales Orders

With no customized filters set, the list that generates does not contain any recent sales orders for me. The last one is from 3/12/2012. How is Netsuite generating this list and what do I need to change to get all of the sales orders to show up? :h_a_w:
