Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
UPS Online System Down
We use both UPS and FedEx integrated labels - as of yesterday afternoon we were receiving an error message when processing UPS integrated shipping labels stating that the UPS Online Services were temporarily unavailable. A call to UPS confirmed that they were having issues.
We are still receiving the message, but now when we call into UPS we're told that they're systems are up and running and it is a specific issue with NetSuite. Is anyone else having this problem? I was expecting to see some mention of it on the forums. Before I open a case I thought I'd see if anyone else was experiencing the same problem.
