retrieve/report shipping charged to customer

Hello,

I've searched the forum but haven't been able to put my finger on this answer. We are newbies to NS (live date was 5/18.) Sorry if this is a newbie-type question.

We ship mostly large quantities (large partial truckloads and truckloads) of our products. On some of these, we manually add the freight charges to our customer in the 'Freight Charge' field of the Shipping tab in the Sales Order.

We are tearing our hair out trying to figure out how to retrieve these values in searches or reports. None of the available result fields that we've tried brings this value back. The tooltip help says that it is field 'shippingcost', but that field is not available in our transaction searches.
