Integration Solution/3PL - does anyone have feedback on Jitterbit?

We are looking to integrate our Purchase Orders and Ship Confirmations with several suppliers.  We are currently investigating different options but have not found one that can handle different formats.

The closest thing we found is Jitterbit - does anyone have experience with it?

If you are using something else - we would appreciate any feedback.
