Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Unable to delete fulfillments
Since last Friday, we have been unable to delete fulfillments. Sometimes, we batch print shipping labels, and then realize we need to modify an order or a customer cancels before UPS picks up. Up until last Friday, we were able to simply open the fulfillment, click "edit" and then delete that fulfillment and start over. Now we are getting an "unexpected error" message when we do this.
Anyone else? Is Netsuite aware of this problem?
