Ship complete by line?

Is there any way to make ship complete by line? It is not a standard feature of Netsuite (Why I don't know) but we want to prevent split boxes of goods being fulfilled.

The problem is that when you print a picking list if will tell you to pick all the items in stock not just the complete boxes. If the warehouse was smart enough to only fulfil the item that are full boxes it would means that they would have to fulfil the sales order manually and that would slow the warehouse to a halt. Then it would generate a new picking list for the part boxes. Is it possible to script this with custom check boxes etc to stop the picking note and fulfilment of part boxes?
