Fed Ex Real Time Shipping Rates-Is it Just Us?

Is anyone else having issues with NS not calculating the FedEx Real Time rates correctly?  We noticed this a couple of weeks ago. 

Most of the time, we do not charge our customers for freight, so we had not been paying close attention to it.  We went live in August and did not validate this at the time, but in our testing they looked reasonable. 

We wanted to start tracking our freight cost so we made some simple enhancements to store the freight$ in a custom field on the sales order record to we can track it by order and capture it properly in our G/L.  We also put a feature in place to require sales order approval if freight was > $30.
