Disabling Mandatory Netsuite Fields for International Fulfillments

When I try to ship a package internationally in netsuite with UPS Label Integration, i get this error:

Notice

The fulfillment cannot be completed.
For international shipments, UPS requires specific information about the item contents.
For the listed items, please edit the item record and provide values for the specified fields, and retry the fulfillment.

Manufacturer Address, Manufacturer City, Country of Manufacture


Ive been shipping packages via UPS for many years using UPS Worldship and ive never ever entered a Manufacturer address, city, or country for any of the parts ive shipped. In fact, all of the manufacturers i buy parts from are based in the united states and i have no idea what country they have their parts made in let alone what city. That just isnt information they they provide.
