Accounting for negotiated FedEx rates?
Greetings,
I am having trouble figuring out how the shipping cost of an item "flows back" into Netsuite.
I have integrated our FedEx account and am able to create shipping and return labels (with barcodes, etc.)
But at no stage during the order fulfillment process (within the NetSuite User Interface) am I able to see estimated shipping rates. Furthermore, it is not clear whether the rate or even the packags status - is populated after the item ships. Is there a way to do this from the netsuite UI? Am I missing an option, or a checkbox, or something?
The Shipping Guide does talk about real-time rates, and this is presumably for e-commerce sites which use Netsuite's web integration features. We, however, are filling sales orders from the GUI, so it would be helpful to be able to click a button or go to a screen to update this information. Does this exist?
