Customize Print Picking Tickets to NOT show drop ship items
We currently use the print picking tickets with some custom filtering for our warehouse guys to know what needs to be shipped that day. Filter by = All items fully committed. We don't have allow reprinting checked and this causes some issues when the pick ticket is printed and shouldn't be (this doesn't happen often but it does happen).
When this happens, orders get lost and aren't shipped on time. We're aware of the "allow reprinting" option however this shows orders with only drop shipped items left. For example, we fulfilled one or two items on the order and the rest are drop shipped. Our warehouse guys can't do anything we these orders but we have many in the system.
