Problems with invoice option showing up in sales order entry

Hi,
I don't normally do things with order fulfillment but it seems our company has developed a new problem since the upgrade and somehow I'm supposed to fix it.

It used to be that when you were in the sales order entry page you could change the forms in the custom from box from a cash sales order to an invoiced sales order. Both of these forms were customized for our company. Now our custom cash sale form is in the drop down but the the custom invoice form is gone. We have advanced shipping so have to have the separate forms.
