Anyone implete the Shipping Integration without using NetSuite WebStore?

We don't use the NetSuite Webstore feature, we have a custom built web application that directs users to Netsuite for checkout using the WSDK model.
We are wanting to integrate our shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and all the help questions and tech support are no help, basing all answers if we were using the Webstore feature.

Anyone successfully integrate their shipping without this feature??

I am curious to see what the customer will see in Checkout.
