FedEx/Other and UPS

On our sales orders we have the field "Ship Via" and the two options are FedEx/Other and UPS. We want to default to UPS however we created some shipping items that only show up under the FedEx/Other because they are considered "Other". Is there anyway to make it to where UPS has the other shipping items as well?
