Can NetSuite handle partially built assembly items in Stock?

I am in the midst of our NetSuite Deployment and we have identified a gap in our implementation. We are a private label skin care manufacturer, manufacturing over 20,000 unique items. A Question i proposed to our team is as follows:

How is the system going to account for assembly items in stock? More Specifically is the system capable of recognizing partially built assemblies in stock and allocating them to open Work Order builds.

As an example I may have 200 units of the following assembly item to build:

[*]AHA Cleanser – 120ml
[*]120ml Cylinder White - 1
[*]Flip Disc Cap (24/410) – 1
[*]Customer Label – 1
