Picking Tickets do NOT show ALL bins with inventory - Enhancement #185172

Athough inventory for a specific item is stored in many bins, the picking ticket only shows ONE bin if it has enough stock to satisfy the order; other bins with quantities less than the order quantity are NOT shown.

Regardless of the order quantity and quantity in specific bins, ALL bins should be shown on the picking ticket so warehouse staff can choose which bins to take stock from.
