FedEx & UPS shipping information changes???

Where shall I begin...I am trying to make changes on the shipping label for both FedEx & UPS.  Setup>Accounting>Shipping I make my changes and save. I check to see the changes and the old information is back.  ARGH!!! I have verified that the company information is correct and it is.  Can anyone please let me know if I am missing another location to make my changes???  I would really appreciate your feedback and thank you in advance.
