FedEx International signature

We were really excited when NetSuite announced integrated export documents.  However when we ship FedEx International everything seems to work except for the signature block.  We have up-loaded our signature to FedEx but the export document never seems to pick it up.  We've spent time with both FedEx and Netsuite support but this still doesn't work.    I've not seen this as a posting on this forum so perhaps it is just us. 

Is there some setting or trick to make this work?
