Some ship to addresses not transferring to WorldShip
Would appreciate any suggestions about how to debug why some few customer Ship To addresses do not get populated when the warehouse staff selects UPS and the WorldShip popup window appears. The Ship To tab in that window has empty fields for address for those few customers.
The phone, email, and ship method do get populated, but the customer name, company, street, city, state, country, zip code do not get populated.
The problem seems to occur with some Custom NetSuite addresses.
The problem can always be resolved by picking the address from the address selection list in NetSuite, which seems to re-format the custom address, causing it to display without the company name or country.
