How can I close back ordered items automatically after invoicing?

Hi!

Hoping to find some answers. Couldn't really find anyone with a similar question other than a post from 2006 (https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=2730).

We have some customers that do not allow Back Orders to be shipped. I would like to see the remaining open items on a sales order closed automatically the moment an order is invoiced. Right now it is done manually, but orders have slipped through the cracks as the sales team is not always right on top of it. :h_a_w:

Any way to have a check box on the customer record: "Auto close backordered items on Sales Order"?
