Pick Ticket Form Customization - Fields that Aren't needed in NS

I'd like to customize our pick tickets to have some pre-printed fields and empty boxes for our pick staff to write in, such as Pick Notes, a Box Weight & Dims table...so it's neater and easier for our people to read pick slips.  The catch is that I don't need these fields in NetSuite - I just want to create uniform spaces for the pick team to write in.  Any ideas how to go about this?
