Fill Rates / Backorder Rates

I would like to see fill rates or backorder rates for a given date range.  For direct marketers, this often goes by the names of “order fulfillment”, “item fulfillment”, “fill rate”, or “initial and final fill”.  The goal is to understand how the customer is being satisfied due to either being  in-stock or out-of-stock.  The report can be as rudimentary as a simple backorder rate by date range for ” total cumulative backorders” related to “total demand”.  It can be as complex as what percent of your demand was completely filled (on the first try or ultimately) for a given
