Vendor Drop Ship and shipping charges, a very old problem

Has anyone come up with a solution to automatically and accurately calculates the drop ship orders shipped from a vendor location to a customer zip code yet?

When a customer places a web order, the shipping charges should be equal to the UPS/FedEx shipping charges from vendor zip code to customer zip code and not from our zip code to customer's zip code. It can be as simple as just a UPS/FedEx real time calculation with no Label integration.

I have checked with many Net Suite partners including Oz link and no one has a solution.

We are using customized tables which is worthless, inaccurate. and costing us money.
