Item fulfillment - Pick location

Hi,

We are going to move to selling stock from multiple locations, and are trying to figure out how to set this up within NetSuite.  One option we are considering is to pick an umbrella location on the which shows total stock at all sites on the sales order (so our Customer Service team can see total stock availability), and then let staff the specific location during the fulfillment process.  Is this possible?  I have tried to set this up, but the location is showing as greyed out on the fulfillment i.e. it can't be changed.  Is there a setting somewhere
