Disabling Bins

We have been running Netsuite now for over 5 years.  We made the decision a long time ago to enable Bins.  We are now thinking about Disabling Bins as they do not seem work to well for our company.  We have 2 main inventory locations and currently 1 service truck.  We will be adding our 2nd truck in the next month.  All 4 of these locations will be "stocking" different items based on their locations and service areas.  However, they occasionally require a part that is not stocked in there, but is stocked somewhere else.  The only way to perform
