UPS Integration Shipper's Phone #

I've been attempting to set up UPS integration into our system.  I get all the way to the fulfillment page, fill in the packaging information, hit save and receive the following message:
"Shipper Phone number must be at least 10 alphanumeric characters".

I have looked all over to find a place to enter a phone number to finally get by this step but I have been unsuccessful.  Anyone have a solution to this?
