Show Sales Orders with particular unfulfilled items
I'm trying to come up with a way to display a list of Sales Orders that have a particular item that needs to be fulfilled.
In our process, we have different steps that need to be completed by different individuals. We list these on the Sales Order as non-inventory items, so that each has to be fulfilled before the order is complete. For this to be effective, though, I need a way to create a reminder that shows a given person which Sales Orders they need to fulfill. So, the person responsible for Step 3 would be able to see a list of Sales Orders that include Step 3, and Step 3 hasn't been fulfilled.
