no more Residential Address check box?

Hi,

One of our users reported that they were having issues fulfilling orders with Fedex Ground since the upgrade.

"It looks like Netsuite has updated there UI. And now it appears that we cannot fulfill orders because there is no current option to uncheck residential delivery. When trying to fuilfill by changing the shipment method to “FedEx Ground”, it is giving a prompt that it is set for Residential Delivery… Before with the old User Interface, a button was able to be unchecked to not choose residential delivery, but it looks like the upgrade does not have this option"

Do we have to correct all the addresses to fix this? Or are there any other way to change residential/business during fulfillment?
