Edit/Change a fulfillment with Tracking (Integrated Shipping)

Is there any way to make an edit once you have created the tracking number through then NetSuite Integrated Shipping feature?
We even tried deleting the item fulfillment and starting a new one and the tracking number magically re-appeared.

Anyone else have experience with this?
