Date When Back in Stock

I am trying to find a way to see when a Location will be back in stock with inventory.  I know I need to include Available inventory, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders.  I am trying to get a couple of things worked out.

1.  Can I display a date on the locations sublist for each item (No Idea how to add to a sublist)
2.  Is there something that already does this but I am just missing it. 

It seems like something that most customers would want to know.  Your item is backordered and expected to be shipped by ..... date.  How do I get that date?
