Shipping charge by weight doesn't make sense to me
If I set up a shipping method and I set it at $10 per 10kg, in my mind this should be $10 to ship a 1kg order, $10 to ship a 10kg order, $20 to ship a 11kg order.
But it's not! It charges $1 per kg. Is this right? Surely not. A 1kg order is $1, 10kg is $10, 11kg is $11.
I realise I can set a minimum charge, say $10, but still, if someone orders 11kg worth of stuff and we have to put it in 2 boxes that cost me $10 each to send I'm losing $9 on the deal.
