International Shipping/Export Documents - What do you use?

We are in the process of converting to NetSuite, currently we  have an AS400 system and use a massive Excel spreadsheet to create our international shipping/export documents. Things like, AUSFTA, NAFTA, Shippers Letter of Instruction, and especially the IMO Dangerous Goods Declaration.  We would like to eliminate this spreadsheet approach as we move to NetSuite. If you do these type of shipments what do you use to create these export documents? Is there a NetSuite 3rd party App than can do these export documents?  Any ideas would be appreciated.
