UPS Shipment notification - Carriers tab, second internal address

We would like to have UPS send a notification back to our customer service department when a UPS package is delivered.  We do have the integration turned on but was wondering where would we specify a default address to use instead of keying in every time we fulfilled an order.  I don't mind checking the check box.
