Resources unavailable to service request?

In the last 20 minutes, we started getting a Notice: Resources unavailable to service request error when trying to save item fulfillments.

It seems to be role dependent.

I was able to save one in the Admin role, but customer service was receiving the error in A/R and Warehouse Manager, as well as our custom Fulfillment Center role.

Anyone else getting fulfillment errors?
