Granting Access to Shipping Integration

Hello,

I'm trying to grant access to the shipping items and integration features to a role other than the administrator. I'm unable to find out how to grant this access, not finding anything named Shipping or Shipping Integration. I see Accounting Lists and Management but I'm not sure if that will grant access.

Does anyone know how to grant access to the Shipping and Shipping Integration features?
