Backorders automatically creating second sales order
I am having an issue with backorders and am looking to see if anyone has any good ideas on this topic. I would like Netsuite to be able to identify a backorder and instead of partially fulfilling it, it would create a child order as a new sales order example sales order 1002001-1. Currently backorders once fully committed become a trouble spot for my warehouse team to ship. Or to make back orders once full filled change the sales date to current date instead of original date
