Is there a way to add a link to the webstore to have a Return Shipping Label?

So my dilemma is that we send core return shipping labels for some of our products.  We then send a friendly reminder to return the core.  Our customers then state that they did not receive the core return shipping label. We always make a copy of the label we originally sent but that is besides the point.  I wondered if anyone has ever added a Return Shipping Label link to their webstores?  I have been in touch with our rep at UPS and they state that they can supply us with a generic label that will have our name on
