Update fulfillment ship QT back into NetSuite

All our SO with Pending Fulfillment status are being extract and batch fulfilled outside of NetSuite.
After fulfillment, we have a list of SOs with the correct ship QT for each item on each individual SO. anyone knows how to push this list back into NetSuite and update the ship QT for each SO.
