A search to include all closed items from sales orders

Hi

I would like to create a search that will list all closed items from sales orders, this way I can see what items and how many units I did not have available for sale.
Is there any way to get this kind of information on a search ? I'm trying different item searches, but so far with no luck.

Would be great if anyone knows how to get it done.
