Fulfillment KPI: Average fulfillment time of an item
Hi
I would like to know the average time it takes to fulfill an item. Beginning from when the order is created, to the point an item is marked as shipped on the fulfillment record.
Is this possible? I am not interesting in measuring avg time by sales order but by item.
[LIST]
[*]We would like to filter by date range and location.
[*]Annoyingly we need to exclude saturday and sunday (24hrs each day) from the results as we are closed.
[*]It would also take into account and include anything that has gone onto back order. This is essentially fulfillment time
