Where to change the time for the shipping deadline (shipping date today or tomorrow)

Hi folks!

I am under the impression that, during setup, I set a time to 12:00 am, when the automatic shipping date has to change to the next day. Now I want to change this, but I cannot find, where I did that?

Does anyone have an idea?
