Customer Search With Shipping Third Party Accounts

We have the third party account feature enabled for shipping/fulfillment. Does anyone know if there is a way to create a customer search or report that includes third party account numbers in the results? Or, even better better, use the third party account as a filter to display only customers that have an account saved on their record.
