How to Import Fulfillment for Pick/Pack/Ship Process?

We use the Pick/Pack/Ship process. When we pick orders, a fulfillment record is already created with "Picked" status in Netsuite. We want to use Shipstation to ship orders. However, here's our problem: After fulfilling orders in Shipstation, how can we import a csv file to update tracking and mark as shipped in Netsuite?

We have tried the Import CSV option from Fulfill Orders screen. It errors out if orders have already been picked. It works only if orders are not picked. I am sure there must be lots of users who use the Pick/Pack/Ship process and need to bulk update tracking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
