Customize Fulfillment Email

Customize Fulfillment Email is looking like garbage and I trying to make changes to it, but it not accepting the changes I make.

I would like to set it back to default and start again, because I do not know what changes our Trading Partner did to get looking that bad.

Can anyone help me Fix this?
