Order weight total for shippinng estimates

Since First Class international to Canada is not an option we have to manually give an estimate on shipping for that. But as far as I can tell there is no order weight field in the sales order screen or the shipping option screen.

Is there a way to estimate the weight of an order so our sales team can quickly estimate shipping based on a table?
