Dropship - One Customer multiple DC delivery options

I have a customer that orders the same product to be drop shipped into multiple DCs.  Currently we create a SO per DC for delivery and generate the PO from each SO for the supplier (Supplier ends up getting numerous POs but only needs a summary PO for quantities.  Our customer needs invoices per DC and obviously the containers need to be packed to each DC as the shipments are delivered to different ports.  Our internal staff take days to generate the transactions in NetSuite.

Has anyone got a solution to generate a PO from multiple SOs for a single suppler with the multiple delivery addresses for the drop shipment? (I know it sounds counter intuitive)
