Integrated Shipping Labels using Billing Address instead of Shipping Address

Hey,

We've had an issue where some of our integrated shipping labels.

They have come out using our customer's billing address instead of their shipping address (everything is correct ship to and bill to address wise on the item fulfillment and sales order).

We are the ones being billed for the shipment (bill sender).

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?
