Shipping Items via Postcode not County

Hi,

I am getting stuck on Shipping Items which use States/Counties as the filter to exclude or include shipping items in SCA. This process of States/Counties is very out of date and needs updating by NetSuite.

Has anyone ever done any work on implementing a postcode system in the UK for shipping items. Or is someone using a different way of showing not showing shipping items per customer depending on rules set from within shipping items.

I am desperate for this to be fixed in a way as we are upgrading our SCA to Elbrus in about a month or so.
